Marcus Aurelius said that "The happiness of one's life depends on the quality of their thoughts." In this case, Oliviab must be the happiest person in the world because the quality of her thoughts are impeccable. I won't repeat the hundreds of testimonials here talking about the impressive array of stumbles, thought-provoking posts, and beautiful art, poetry, etc. since they're all part of her consciousness and speak for themselves. Quite simply, I like to think of Oliviab's blog as a tree of knowledge raining its delicious fruit and enriching my daily experience. Not subscribing to her favorites would be unimaginable.

"We are very good at preparing to live, but not very good at living. We know how to sacrifice ten years for a diploma, and we are willing to work very hard to get a job, a car, a house, and so on. But we have difficulty remembering that we are alive at the present moment, the only moment there is for us to be alive. Every breath we take, every step we make, can be filled with peace, joy, and serenity. We need only to be awake, alive in the present moment. ... ~ Thich Nhat Hanh ~" Olivia B, thank you so much for the beautiful blog, the thoughtful posts and images. A treasure as always. ka kite ano Melvapraxis
