From the page: "rogue: 11. no longer obedient, belonging, or accepted and hence not controllable or answerable. Why do we keep trying to make deals with this government?"
Because N. Korea has the 3rd biggest army in the world. There's also this wmd's thing, and since they have wmd's it's doesn't seem smart to do other than sanctions and negiotation."

Actually it's the fourth largest and, that's irrelevant. If they had the largest it wouldn't change my point and neither do the nukes. Negotiating deals with NK is pig-wrestling, they have demonstrated that they will not keep their word. Sanctions we can do but, they need teeth and commitment from everyone. I have serious doubts about our red friends in that department so I would have a plan 'B' standing by. They may have nukes but, they can't deliver them yet except by truck or ship and, unfortunately, that would work just fine for the mullahs. Naval blockade is the only way short of killing a lot of DPRK active-duty. Every boat going into or coming out of that country needs to be searched or Kim Il Sung is going to start trading devices for currency no matter what he says he will do when 'negotiations' corner him at the table. - Oct 21, 1:02pm
