Many folks don't understand that being a landlord is like owning a small business. Your tenants become little employees that make demands, are liken to sue you, and have to be coddled day after day. Those who understand this will do better as landlords vs those who don't. Nice article.

While being a terrible slumlord has some appealing aspects, I'm afraid such a venture into the low-end of the Real Estate game would cut considerably into my Stumbling time!
