The problem as I see it is many of the people is that they are used to the power structure of MLM. That the leaders are God's and the should bow and scrape to the people who are the money makers of the companies. Did you ever wonder why most MLM's have these talented people at the top? The compensation plans are geared to produce unequal compensation for the top producers. The others are supposed to understand the system and built up "slow money" even though many of them are doing the work. Legitimate companies are about hard work over time, building legitimate demand for legitimate products. I think a compensation plan will naturally
compensate those that mentor and grow their business more than others.
A compensation plan has to be balanced that it compensates all the people that take part. It should not be geared to bring
the most revenue to the few people that hold the reigns on the top. If the majority of the organization is earning people
will stay long term and everyone will benefit.
I believe people are looking for stability in a company, to be compensated fairly for what they do. Even the smallest task that is
required of the person has value for the company. A lot of people are talking about their companies in the social media building awareness...the companies do not give them credit for this. Auto-ship is a given for every company so why do they not profit-share on the aspect too.
The companies need to see that the prices of the products they market give fair value and that the price is within reason.
