I'd say Fairy's Obama poster is a derivative work and not plagiarism. However the works on this page are excellent examples of Plagiarism. If credit was mentioned/given to the source material/artist, that is one thing. However, Fairey attempts to pass these works off as completely original; and for that reason he is a smuck.... Who is Obeying who?
