I love to share, meditate read, write, and observe nature and people. I like to keep healthy and fit, prepare organic food. Often you might find me taking either brisk or meditative walks along the ocean.

Friends are important to me, and when they come to So CA I enjoy entertaining them. I travel when I can to connect with them or my loved ones, or to see new places where I make new friends.

I'm ordained as an International Metaphysical Ministry member, teach and have had a private spiritual counseling practice for the last 10 years.

While I embrace no sole philosophy or teaching, I appreciate all people I meet and the teachings they espouse. I never ask anyone who comes to me for spiritual support to suspend or change their own belief system.
