so the absence of writing is not so much the lack of interest, but the lack of activity. nothing much has happened. nothing much has so much as inspire me to go beyond the stagnancy of my life. nothing different nothing changed.

oh, except, it's 2009.

it must take an incredibly tragic and jaded person to not even give a shit that it's a new year - and, not surprisingly, i have become such a person. it seems to me that to pay tribute to this marker of time, to honor the supposed change, is just too superficial. time time time is of course just a measure of moment but now i know, for certain, too, that time oh time is simply a point of reference.

so while my precious moments in life became scarce and tainted, time too becomes quite irrelevant. after all, there is not much to remember, hence the lack of attention to pay towards time.
