Facebook doen't like it when you delete friends for a free Whopper, but this poses a greater question. Just how important are those 'friends" if you'll delete them for a burger?
Prop 8 is a disgrace. It appears that the south doesn't have a monopoly on right wing wackos. However, since the right was given, then taken away, there might be hope in the courts.
Agree totally. Google might be able to manually remove some bombs, but the relevance of anchor text will pobably always mean that some Google Bombs will work.
I recently watched Who Killed the Electric Car? DVD and must say, it is an eye opener. I was in California when the state mandated that car manufacturers produce vehicles with zero emissions. While it was in place, I saw all kinds of electric cars here in the desert. That was a decade ago.
Apparently, the auto companies, with help from the oil companies and politicians, convinced California to drop the mandate, and the electric cars were immediately pulled from consumers who loved them! The EV1 electric car that is followed in this documentary is one hot little car, but GM killed it and destroyed all of them rather than sell them to consumers.
So, we've had the technology for a quiet, practical around town electric car for years. The Japanese got the message and started producing hybrids, while the USA car companies came out with gas guzzlers like the Hummer.
Now, we are paying for it.
This should be required viewing for every American citizen. I highly encourage everyone to watch this. In addition to purchasing a DVD, Netflix has it.
Funny 50s style training video featuring my closest high school buddy in the role of Mr. Bumblemyer. He wore boxer shorts on his head in high school, too!
This is a video demo I did about using a mouse across multiple monitors and PCs using free software. I also discuss another free software download that allows multiple desktops to be used across the monitors. Toss in the ability to use multiple operating systems, also using free software, and I'm set!
Interesting article on how rapidly the Internet is becoming THE source for optical information. Blogs like The Eye Zone at FramesDirect.com are leading the way.
Interesting take on a "Swim Suit Issue" for a magazine. Despite the rather cheesy cover photo, the models range from children to adults and the photos were taken by students in the magnet program of South Mountain High School in Phoenix, AZ. Worth a download.
