    Fast Hosts support is chronic.

    Because I'm not a customer, I can't send them a support email.

    Their telephone support is pretty much jam-packed all day.

    I've emailed their sales people to help me out and they refuse to forward my email to support. Which, I might add was explained to me with a belligerent and unprofessional attitude.

    That is not what I consider good customer service, and yet one more reason why it's not a good idea to use large commercial hosting companies...
