I swear to god that is the most beautiful artery clogger I have ever laid eyes upon. You throw a nice warm tortilla over that and watch me die happy. I used to go to a small Mexican place in Phoenix for their bacon burrito and it was pretty much a package of bacon, a sprinkle of cheese and an egg...yum...bacony goodness.
