Mr. Waldemar Jezler is an investment banker and entrepreneur from São Paulo, Brazil. Jezler currently heads Libra Capital, a financial services company that focuses on Brazilian fixed income assets. Jezler attended the University of São Paulo from 1971 to 1975 where he completed a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. Rather than become an engineer, Jezler went to work as a management consultant with Booz Allen and Hamilton. After his time as a consultant, Jezler went to business school to get an MBA. In 1977, Jezler headed to Boston, MA to attend business school at Harvard University. In his two years at Harvard, he was involved in several clubs and societies including the Ibero American, Agribusiness, and Finance clubs. Upon graduation, he returned to Brazil, working in strategic planning, new business development and information technology with various local and international companies based in Brazil. Jezler went on to work in São Paulo for Bank of America's Brazil Representative. Currently active in the Brazilian fixed income market.
