I love stumble... among other things. The best way to catch my attention is via Twitter. If you share your stumbles with me via DM on Twitter, there is good chance I will take a look at it today. I love stumble, but keeping SU toolbar on all the time can be very distractive.
From the page: "Unless it was excluded, it's included. It goes with the house. If you wanted to take it, you should have removed it before the buyers created an emotional attachment. Now they want it and they're going to fight you for it. Is it worth it? I don't know - don't find out. If there's something that you have to have, replace it before anyone sees it and falls in love. Don't put one of those stupid signs on it that says "not included." I guarantee someone will want it and claim that they bought the house because of it or won't buy it because you're taking it. Make it a little easier on yourself and your Realtor. Take it down before the sign goes up."
From the page: "
Here's one more shocker: one year ago, Bear Stearn's share price was $170... JP Morgan Chase's purchase price: $2/share... oh, and that $2/share represents a 93% discount from Bear's closing NYSE stock price on Friday..."
From the page: "I grow weary of companies sending out threatening letters making all sorts of demands. Personally I wish Vlad hadn't pulled the posts. But he needs to do what he feels is best. Maybe instead of sending out whiny threatening C&D's, ePerks should fix all that is giving them a bad perception. (There are many forums out there filled with reports of ePerks spam)."
Please do not stumble this just because you are on my friends list. I want you to read the post first and then decide whether o stumble it or not. If you are familiar with term "Chilling Effect" you might want to read this post.
