Ritter is always a good source on Nuclear programs. Every nation in the world is 5-years away from a nuclear weapon people. From what I've seen, the only way to prevent the US, Israel or Britain from attacking your country is to get a nuclear weapon. Case in point, these three nations are responsible for the majority of attacks on other nations within the past 50 years through undeclared wars. Have any of the nations these nations attacked ever had a nuke? Nope. And if they did, like Russia, we used diplomacy.

This was done 25 months ago on American Television with Congressman Ron Paul's financial adviser. Everything he says is going to happen has happened. Interestingly, look at what the investment adviser says who is the counter.
What Schiff is using is the Ludwig Von Mises theory of economics, also known as the Austrian Theory, focusing on production and savings. What the other guy is using is closer to keynesian, which focuses on spending, debt and production for production's sake rather than purpose. This is eight minutes long. Take the time to watch it if you want to understand what is happening right now.

Listen to the derogatory way the the investment adviser treats Schiff which is so symptomatic of the attitude toward differing opinions in the US these days. Yet Schiff holds his ground beautifully.
