Note that it looks exactly like it did the very day I bought it.

Yeah, I imagine the stench coming off that patty must be pretty rank.
While there is some sort of nutritional value in a McDonald's burger, I'm sure, one cannot deny that there must be something pretty horrifying in there also that has "naturally" preserved the sandwich for over 12 years, and in such "good" condition.
