Irresistable, simplistic, black-white, us-them, language from one of the many "us good, them evil" sites I visited today. Absolutely incredible language ... and utterly absurd (on Cindy Sheehan saying bye bye):
It never ceases to amaze me that anyone actually believes this. In the case of this writer, I do understand ... from the site, this writer is clearly a hardcore racist in regards to Muslims. I am curious what he means by "war."
But first ... the immediate question is, "Was America waiting for Cindy Sheehan to quit so we could get back to the war?" How curious.
On "WAR" ... let me reiterate.
This (terrorism) is not a war, it is a global problem. It is a police action. It is a BIG BIG issue. It is a menace. It is dangerous. It is deadly. It is many things, but it is not WAR ....
If he means Iraq, that is not a war either ... it is a money machine for the elites and has done nothing to make us safer, indeed it has done everything to fuel the hatred.
Muslims are not all evil just as blacks are not all stupid (a commonly held belief by people LIKE you for ages - currently held by some I would imagine).
But ... let me give him the "all Muslims are evil" notion ... then we should stay out of their way and let them kill themselves, no? Seems easier.
You know, half a TRILLION dollars (coming soon into Iraq) could do a lot of things in the way of making America safer ... that is if we could keep greedy paws OFF of it and get some real value from it.
No ... this (un-named) frightened, racist naivete is just sad. Broken and sad.
