    I doubt whether wiretapping is really necessary to block TPB.
    It is not information that is sent that needs to be inspected to accomplish that, but merely the destination or source of that information: TPB.
    I'd say that is unrelated to the wiretapping, it is trivial to block access to a site.
    However, its totally repulsive to sue any provider for the not-blocking of any site/address.
    If TPB are truly illegal, then take action against them.
    Oh wait, they tried, but... that didn't work out right.
