    Maybe it's time - The Dark Horse

    I cannot speak coz my tongue will lie
    you rip it out and burn it.
    And I swear that I won't be surprised,
    when you walk out the door,and leave it.

    And I never thought that I would cry,
    Just goes to show nobody's perfect.
    But perfect's all, that you could be,
    perfectly sound and dreaming.

    I took a walk down life's long aisle,
    should have have been scared, but I wasn't.
    Maybe it's because I grew up in the night,
    shared my thoughts with darkness.

    And the silver moon gives me a wry smile,
    he even knows the reasons.
    It's like the whole damn world, is coming down tonight,
    I'm the only one who can hear it.

    Maybe it's time to leave it,
    I should have tried to see it,
    Maybe it's time I believe it....
