Having listened to Rush Limbaugh radio show today, I'm under the distinct impression that he just doesn't get the Huckabee surge.

While the idea of a businessman as President holds a certain appeal it is also useful to look to history as a guidepost for businessmen as Presidents.

Well, I don't usually do shameless plugs, but here it goes. Mike Huckabee has set a goal to reach $1,250,000 in online funds raised in November by midnight tonight. I want to help raise $1,000.00 toward that goal by midnight tonight. It is an ambitious goal, but I know you will help me.

There are lots of reasons I like Mike Huckabee. One important reason is that Mike Huckabee gets things done.

Governor Huckabee has said since the beginning that this campaign is a marathon. A new milestone is coming up. Our goal by November 20 at midnight is to have raised $1,034,487 online (which is one dollar more than we raised last quarter) through the first 20 days of November! In October it took us 31 days to reach this goal. Can we reach this goal by Tuesday at midnight?
