I was trying to figure this out tonight and after searching and searching I finally found this. You just need to download YPops and set everything up as stated. Works like a charm. Port #995 is what was missing for me. I had everything setup right before reading this but port 995 made it all work.

Very nice site to that allows you to make an RSS feed from about any webpage. And all this time I have been hacking a script up to do this. What a timesaver.
