VITALLY IMPORTANT:-

Work competitively in US/UK/EU economy & u have been ENSLAVED BY STEALTH bcos you DO NOT CARE ENOUGH ABOUT YOUR OWN LIFE OR FAMILY. If you don't have productive land, like most middle/working class, you r enslaved by those that do. U arent paid ure productivity bcos Ur boss ALWAYS passes ure productivity 2 HIS customers and on up 2 the govt who control the ONLY SUSTAINABLE ASSET: LAND. Competition is THE ULTIMATE divide and conquer. STOP COMPETING TO SERVE THOSE THAT ENSLAVE BOTH YOU AND YOUR COMPETITORS. Reflect on this in minute detail.

THeres no solid proof here, but Chavez words carry much more weight than his American and Colombian counterparts. If he says they sent spy planes, then they probably did. But why if the US has satellite technology? Cloud cover?

INTERESTING DEBATE GOING ON IN THE COMMENTS HERE.

Interesting arguments. I'd like to see David Ray Griffin's response to this article. I'm still not sure. I actually dont think the hijackings took place at all, but im a long way from being sure. I think hijackings could be performed remotely in a US military operation by simply electronically denying the pilots control. And arent we getting distracted from the core evidence that the towers were destroyed by controlled demolition, which is by far the best proof of inside job?

  • Supreme Court Guts Due Process Protection

    Rated Dec 20 2 reviews infowars.com

Once again, the law is an ass, a hypothetical principle for the poor to pretend protects them whle they toil for their masters.: "If the president or one of his subordinates declares someone to be an â€oeenemy combatant” (the 21st century version of â€oeenemy of the state”) he is denied any protection of the law. So any trouble-maker (which means anyone) can be whisked away, incarcerated, tortured, â€oedisappeared,” you name it.After hearing passionate arguments from the Obama Administration, the Supreme Court acquiesced to the presidentâ€s fervent request and, in a one-line ruling, let stand a lower court decision that declared torture an ordinary, expected consequence of military detention, while introducing a shocking new precedent for all future courts to follow: anyone who is arbitrarily declared a â€oesuspected enemy combatant” by the president or his designated minions is no longer a â€oeperson.” They will simply cease to exist as a legal entity. They will have no inherent rights, no human rights, no legal standing whatsoever â€" save whatever modicum of process the government arbitrarily deigns to grant them from time to time, with its ever-shifting tribunals and show trials. It is hard to overstate the significance of this horrid decision. The fact that the Supreme Court authorized this land grab says we no longer have an independent judiciary, that the Supreme Court itself is gutting the protections supposedly provided by the legal system. Per Floyd:

In fact, our most august defenders of the Constitution did not have to exert themselves in the slightest to eviscerate not merely 220 years of Constitutional jurisprudence but also centuries of agonizing effort to lift civilization a few inches out of the blood-soaked mire that is our common human legacy. They just had to write a single sentence.

Now Floyd saw this mainly as an issue of the treatment of enemy combatants and Obama hypocrisy about torture, which is bad enough:

The Constitution is clear: no person can be held without due process; no person can be subjected to cruel and unusual punishment. And the U.S. law on torture of any kind is crystal clear: it is forbidden, categorically, even in time of â€oenational emergency.” And the instigation of torture is, under U.S. law, a capital crime. No person can be tortured, at any time, for any reason, and there are no immunities whatsoever for torture offered anywhere in the law.

And yet this is what Barack Obama â€" who, we are told incessantly, is a super-brilliant Constitutional lawyer â€" has been arguing in case after case since becoming president: Torturers are immune from prosecution; those who ordered torture are immune from prosecution….letâ€s be absolutely clear: Barack Obama has taken the freely chosen, public, formal stand â€" in court â€" that there is nothing wrong with any of these activities.

Yves here. The implications are FAR worse. Anyone can be stripped, with NO RECOURSE, of all their legal rights on a Presidential say so. Readers in the US no longer have any security under the law.

Roman citizens enjoyed a right to a trial, a right of appeal, and could not be tortured, whipped, or executed except if found guilty of treason, and anyone charged with treason could demand a trial in Rome. We have regressed more than 2000 years with this appalling ruling."

  • Death Of The Internet: Censorship Bills In UK, Australia,...

    Rated Dec 17 2 reviews infowars.com

FASCIST GOVERNMENT POWERS GROW AGAIN IN THE UK. TICK TOCK.: "Internet censorship bills currently working their way into law in the UK, Australia and the U.S. legislate for government powers to restrict and filter any website that it deems to be undesirable for public consumption.

In the UK, legislation slated as the â€oeDigital Economy Billâ€oe, currently being debated in the House of Lords, would allow the Home Secretary to place â€oea technical obligation on internet service providers” to block whichever sites it wishes.

Under clause 11 of the proposed legislation â€oetechnical obligation” is defined as follows:

"echnical obligation”, in relation to an internet service provider, is an obligation for the provider to take a technical measure against particular subscribers to its service.

technical measure” is a measure that â€" (a) limits the speed or other capacity of the service provided to a subscriber; (b) prevents a subscriber from using the service to gain access to particular material, or limits such use; (c) suspends the service provided to a subscriber; or (d) limits the service provided to a subscriber in another way.

In other words, the government will have the power to force ISPs to downgrade and even block your internet access to certain websites or altogether if it wishes."
