imho yr all wrong. this is about fatherhood, not cartooning or creativity. what the strip goes through in terms of progressive development and the unseen hand of the artist is a great metaphor for parenthood, especially the somewhat stunned look of the artist in the final volta, or reveal, or whatvr you want to call the last panel, when he realises that his input has been so vital in helping this "character" develop from the stick-figure of infancy through to a high-achieving young woman.
Change a tyre. Get grease on your hands. Feel like a real man. (p.s. tell nobody you learnt it from the internet or your cover will be blown, my nerdilicious friend). This is a good guide and helped me out this morning! Much better than my car manual...
The guy on the right is doing "sygyt" style Tuvan (mongolian) throat singing that involves an overtone with a high pitched whistle you get by constricting the airflow in the throat in a way to split the air as it comes out into two or more tones. he's quite good at it! the guy on the left is his buddy doing a simple khoomei (or maybe kargyraa?) for contrast. This sounds a bit like a song called "Kombu" (although the words are different). I have a version by Huun Huur Tu but it may be an older traditional song for all I know.
whoever wrote this, yr site reviews tedious continuity mistakes in movies. check this: "Ace Ventura: Pet Detective When Ace and Melissa are in bed together having sex if you look close enough you can see that she is wearing underwear"
you... you've been "looking close enough" for some time, haven't you? for shame. the sex scene in an Ace Ventura movie? really? you do have access to the internet, right?
