I'm a professional fortune cookie/tarot reader valiantly battling a serious addiction to chocolate. Ok, everybody check your pockets! Mine contain a deep desire to live by the ocean, rampant curiosity, unresolved issues, & a piece of chalk with which to draw conclusions.

This is great! The artist took children's paintings and re-created them in photo form using real people, scenery, and props.

Okay, I tried making some of this a while ago and it took me a long time to get it right. Too bad I didn't know about this page at that time. This looks great, and I'm going to give it a try soon.

Rainbow cake! I want! Scroll about 1/2 way down the page and you'll find a recipe for making fat free, soda pop flavored, rainbow colored cake. It's easy, it's pretty and it looks delicious.

I'm hungry - who's cooking tonight?

"Eh - It's Edible" This quote pretty much sums up my current attitude towards cooking. I would have given this site a thumbs up just for the name, but the recipes look tasty and fairly simple to make, so I reckon the thumbs was deserved in any case. :)
Colma, CA - Emperor Norton Grave

If you're ever in San Francisco, I recommend a visit to the city of Colma......it's the only town in the US with more dead citizens than living ones. Seriously, Colma is where all the dead from San Francisco are buried - and there are some very interesting graves!

Like the grave of Joshua Norton, Emperor of the USA and Protector of Mexico, which we had a hell of a time finding, btw. All hail to Javier the gravedigger extraordinaire who went out of his way to lead us at last to Emperor Norton's final resting place.

And Wyatt Earp's grave, which is located in the Jewish cemetary next to that of his wife. The good marshall must be the most famous person buried there because they give out maps to his gravesite at the office.

Feed The Head! This site kept me entertained for a good long time, and I'm still not so sure I found everything the head has to offer.

Cake! It's chocolate, you make it in five minutes - in the microwave, no less. Best of all, you cook it in the same mug you used to mix it. it tastes great, too.

I think this is so cool. Wooden bikes! Something I've only seen in the Flintstones before, and here it is in real life being used by real people. How clever.
