This is a great article! I have always stayed away from anyone touting Black Hat techniques but this has nothing to do with Black Hat and is very informative and to the point. Google Ads are confusing and tough to grasp, even for the professionals. This article sheds just a little more light on it all.

BenKaeding.com - The Real Estate Market in Spokane Is About To Tell You...

From the page: "The Title "The Real Estate Market in Spokane Is About To Lie" is a little misleading but I though it still sounded fitting. Here is the scoop; I have been observing the real estate market for some time now. I am predicting a sharp drop in Spokane's real Estate statistics over the next couple of months that will get the media screaming and everyone will have their panties in a bunch over it. It really is not a concern except that the media will course take things out of context and totally blow things out of proportion."

Great Article about SEO for online retailers but not news for anyone in real estate. There is only one goal there; to get eye balls on the listings. Selling this one to the wrong crowd.
