Not only is it a nice collection of CSS Galleries (as most have mentioned), but it also allows you to submit your own site to the 60+ galleries listed which means a nice link to your site if your site is accepted. ;)

Who needs Photoshop and Illustrator when you have PowerPoint!? Okay, actually Photoshop and Illustrator beats the pants off of PowerPoint but if you can't afford them, then it serves as a decent alternative. ;)
