I wish I knew people who bought this so I could laugh at them personally. I could make a cable out of spare parts in my home that would provide quality indistinguishable from that provided by Denon's cable. I might even be able to make the cable out of solid gold wires and still be cheaper. Heck, for $499 I will make you the 1.5 meter cable, ship it to you via a stretch limo and have it installed and configured (heh) by a team of IT and music professionals. I'll even throw in a dozen Krispy Kreme donuts and a stack of lottery tickets. I'll still pocket a couple hundred bucks and you'd be none the wiser. You'd have to be short on brains to think this cable would improve the transmission of digital information. The funniest part: "Additionally, signal directional markings are provided for optimum signal transfer." You just can't make that stuff up!
