Love all your sites on here, if I make you a friend, it's because I find your site interesting, our interests may be in common as well, and want to be able to find you so I can go back and peruse your site at leisure when having more time.
I am a very friendly aussie (as we tend to be over here), so please don't take offence from me at all, I mean no harm, just love people and friends and learning and chatting.

What does one do when there is not enough time in a day, week, month or year to do all the things you want to do and have to go without doing all the other things you want to do. man... it's hard. LOL

Lots of us are giving our energy away needlessly every day. It is no wonder that a lot of us feel drained, in the morning and at night when we have finished working. We are giving our energy away to people and projects we shouldn't be. We can all save our energy and distribute it more to ourselves and the things we truly love in our lives.

NATIVE AMERICAN CODE OF ETHICS
1. Rise with the sun to pray. Pray alone. Pray often. The Great Spirit will listen, if you only speak.
2. Be tolerant of those who are lost on their path. Ignorance, conceit, anger, jealousy and greed stem from a lost soul. Pray that they will find guidance.
3. Search for yourself, by yourself. Do not allow others to make your path for you. It is your road, and yours alone. Others may walk it with you, but no one can walk it for you.
4. Treat the guests in your home with much consideration. Serve them the best food, give them the best bed and treat them with respect and honor.
5. Do not take what is not yours whether from a person, a community, the wilderness or from a culture. It was not earned nor given. It is not yours.
6. Respect all things that are placed upon this earth - whether it be people or plant.
7. Honor other people's thoughts, wishes and words. Never interrupt another or mock or rudely mimic them. Allow each person the right to personal expression.
8. Never speak of others in a bad way. The negative energy that you put out into the universe will multiply when it returns to you.
9. All persons make mistakes. And all mistakes can be forgiven.
10. Bad thoughts cause illness of the mind, body and spirit. Practice optimism.
11. Nature is not FOR us, it is a PART of us. They are part of your worldly family.
12. Children are the seeds of our future. Plant love in their hearts and water them with wisdom and life's lessons. When they are grown, give them space to grow.
13. Avoid hurting the hearts of others. The poison of your pain will return to you.
14. Be truthful at all times. Honesty is the test of one's will within this universe.
15. Keep yourself balanced. Your Mental self, Spiritual self, Emotional self, and Physical self - all need to be strong, pure and healthy. Work out the body to strengthen the mind. Grow rich in spirit to cure emotional ails.
16. Make conscious decisions as to who you will be and how you will react. Be responsible for your own actions.
17. Respect the privacy and personal space of others. Do not touch the personal property of others - especially sacred and religious objects. This is forbidden.
18. Be true to yourself first. You cannot nurture and help others if you cannot nurture and help yourself first.
19. Respect others religious beliefs. Do not force your belief on others.
20. Share your good fortune with others. Participate in charity.

THE DOWNTIME AND UPTIME OF THE ATTENTIVE MIND
In NLP there are two states of attention called downtime and uptime.
Downtime is when we are focusing our attention on our internal world. We drift in and out of downtime all the time. When we are reading something and we haven't taken the text in at all as we have been focusing on something else in our minds. It is an unconscious process, we don't really have control of it unless we become conscious of it.
Uptime is when we are concentrating on the external world. When we need to focus on driving a road we don't know, we are in uptime. Our thoughts tend not to drift internally when we need to concentrate on something.
The importance of downtime and uptime is that we can balance them by becoming conscious of our attention. The benefit to you is that you can become more focused in the external world (uptime) and more relaxed in your internal world (downtime).

USING WATER TO JOURNEY
Water, water, EVERYwhere...
Use a shallow pan, put a piece of black plastic in the bottom, like from a garbage bag, fill it with water, turn out your lights and use two candles elevated so the flames are level with the top of the water, about six inches from either side. Seat yourself in front of it, and then use your hands this way: reach out and barely touch the tips of your fingers to the water, really concentrate on knowing when they are just blending with it at the molecular level, put your finger tips together/hands together, touch your fingers in this way in the center of your little pond. Now stare between your fingers like you were trying to look through them into the water, then gradually, ever so slowly, move your fingertips apart concentrating on keeping them in the barest contact with the water's surface.
