This looks like an interesting SEO service - with some qualifications. First of all, I'm interested in trying him right now ONLY for directory submissions and blog submissions. I'm wary of the other services -- i don't know which blogs he'll get to review me, what kind of content he'll write, etc.
However, with the directory submissions, you can submit to 100 directories for $10.00. You can provide him with your own list or use his. You get a variety of anchor texts and descriptions and you can submit them over time. Sounds like it's worth a try. If I'm happy with the results I may experiment with some of the other services -- although slowly and carefully.
