PAYING EXTRA FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am not understanding something here...Dell went out of the country to employee "cheaper" labor for customer service. It caused problems that I for one have experienced. I have been on the phone more than once with someone who speaks such poor English we spend most of the conversation just trying to understand one another. Those, plus other problems has caused Dell to implement a new "customer" service option for only $12.95 per month. Is it just me or should Dell provide us understandable and easily accessible service as a thank you for buying their product???

Cap on Executive Pay

Thank you very much Mr. President...I feel a little better now. I would be deliriously happy if they would lower the cap to oh...say, 200,000 and since I am dreaming, lets add holding some fat cats responsible for wrong doing.

The beginning of an adventure that promises worth taking with a slighty grumpy mouse named Casper and a little boy who stumbles into his world. 

I just saw this story on the evening news. I know people help out in time of need. We Americans are like that. However something said in this one made me smile. I had to share it. This team of guys took vacation time from work to go and help the victims of this ice storm who were needy. Elderly folks and others who had no way to clear the debris. They were interviewed at one such house as they were working. The interview over and one of the men going back to work said in the sweetest southern accent "It's all about love, just lovin' on people...feels so good" My kinda man.
