Because I'm only slightly obsessed with Skins. (The British version, of course. The American version is crap.)

I've been thinking more and more lately about where my food comes from and all the things that happen to it before it reaches my mouth. It's not practical for me to go 100% organic, but I'd like to go about 50/50 for now. I'm thinking of joining a local CSA. I've heard good things about them and I think it'd help me be a little more experimental with the foods I eat.

It's true that the rape culture we live in includes a million other things that are not rape, but which can be just as damaging. And to know that, we need only recall things like New York City's Puerto Rican Day parade in 2000, when dozens of women were groped and otherwise assaulted... because they were there. Because some men don't understand that a woman's body is her own, and it's not up to you to take what isn't given freely. It's a disgusting sense of entitlement that we need to banish once and for all.

God, I friggin' hate Tarantino.
