Beautiful descriptions of the experience of preparing for and diving deep with others who love the freediving discipline. A special read that gave me an experience of being there. A vivid share!

This Immersion has become something like a trip to another country, another culture, which lives under its own laws, values and traditions. Гармония, текучесть, легкость, расслабленность, свобода, умиротворенность - вот эти ценности. Harmony, fluidity, lightness, Relaxation, freedom, umirotvorennost - these are the values.
