Our prisons are filled to the point of having to ship the inmates out to other states who have beds and the majority of these men and women don't belong imprisoned in the first place. Most of them are now in the system due to ongoing political snafus and political correctness. (phuck PC!) Rehab is the answer to drug addicts and drug users.
I said that in order to say this. People who are under the influence are not in their right mind chemically speaking. Many use the drugs as an escape simply because they don't have coping skills or living skills. They're not bad people, they're confused people who need positive reinforcement by their peers and guidance.
Everyone deserves a second, third, and fourth, chance. Let's give it to them.

Palin's absolutely nutzoid and as dextor666 commented, " if (sic) the republican party is so bankrupt that this witchcraft, exorcizin', creationist, seccecionist, (sic) whacko is gonna be their standard bearer in 2012...
"well ALL RIGHT! BRING IT ON!"
"LMAO!!!"
**I hear that.**

"The dominant spirit, however, that haunts this enchanted region, and seems to be commander-in-chief of all the powers of the air, is the apparition of a figure on horseback without a head. It is said by some to be the ghost of a Hessian trooper, whose head had been carried away by a cannon-ball, in some nameless battle during the revolutionary war; and who is ever and anon seen by the country folk hurrying along in the gloom of night, as if on the wings of the wind."

Festivals of the Dead in their manifestations across different cultures. It features discussion of and links to websites on Halloween's origins in the Celtic festival of the dead (Samhain), Japan's Festival of Lanterns (Obon), Mexico's Days of the Dead (Los Dias de los Muertos), and more.

From the page: "The Nobelists wrote that, "We have lost time critical for the development of new ways to provide energy, treat disease, reverse climate change, strengthen our security and improve our economy." But what does any of this really mean?
Shouldn't the 48 signatories who won their Nobels for chemistry and physics return their prizes for signing a letter that calls for climate change to be "reversed"? Just how would that be physically accomplished? And, then, reverse the climate to what point -- what it was in, say, 1750, 1850 or 1950? Let's say, for the sake of argument, that they actually did reverse climate change, how would they keep climate from changing the moment after they got it where they wanted it? "

According to traditional Christian belief in witchcraft, the pact is between a person and Satan or any other demon(s); the person offers his/her soul in exchange for diabolical favors. Those favours vary by the tale, but tend to include youth, knowledge, wealth, or power.
