Roberta is a woman from Geneva, Switzerland

My many years of work have been as a professional leadership consultant and coach to both public and private sectors on issues surrounding change and transition. In addition, I have had diverse industry experience including line management in telecommunications and financial institutions. Life long learning is important to me and I continue to study issues around leadership, management assessment and team building. I have been fortunate to speak regularly on these subjects. In 2005, I moved from Ottawa, Canada to Geneva Switzerland as a four year posting for my partner. I recently formed a partnership at 1-Focus International.
