Greyhound lost this U.S. Marine's luggage on his way back from leave. Not a huge deal in the great scheme of things but instead of having helpful employees willing to help out they are rude and make comments that are almost discriminatory in nature when trying to find the location and how to get it back. Running a business isn't about being rude.
