You spend a lot of time kissing up and gushing over SU users and explaining how deeply you understand what we want and how we use SU; you say you've been fans of SU for years before you started work there... So how does it feel to preside over the implementation of the New SU that spits in the face of all that by tearing down the community and everything else that made SU worthwhile in the first place?
