New users, it's depressing that you'll never know how amazing StumbleUpon used to be before the "New StumbleUpon" redesign destroyed the community. We used to make friends here by visiting user profiles and seeing our common interests. We used to hang out with each other online, feeling each other's presence by the new pages they liked. We used to have grand conversations often without saying a word.
The Stumble button used to lead to great new pages. Now, with the core content contributors chased away, all that's left to Stumble are old reposts, ad-hit sites full of stolen content, and a host of crap from all the marketers who've descended on SU's corpse like flies.
SU staff deserves to be homeless after this inept redesign. After all, it's what they've done to so many of us.
