a friend of mine and I have lost a total of 180lbs. One of our routines will be to pick a meal of the week and absolutely eat like shit. I mean, who doesn't love eating huge amounts of pizza, wings, and beer? But this meal is budgeted within our weekly intake, so although we may feel physically bad for a bit, there's not really any guilt, and it hasn't slowed us down in weight loss. Having that one meal a week helps cravings, and not caving throughout the rest of the week.
