The Soap Opera Dream

In this dream I was playing a part in a soap. I don't remember much about it, except that I was playing a part opposite three other guys and we were hanging out after a shoot. One of the parts was played by someone whom is a current friend, the second by someone I was friends with in my childhood, but was an adult in the dream, and the other I don't know...that I know of anyway, although he was VERY cute. For whatever reason, I kept fondling my childhood friend's package through his pants. I'm not now, nor have I ever been attracted to him so I don't understand the sexual part. I don't recall any actual interaction with my current friend but I knew he was there. So anyway I had my hand on my childhood friend's crotch while at the same time wanting to get with the cute guy.

In this dream I asked a girl out on a date and she said yes. Later, when she came over, I was still getting ready. I was putzing around with my fish rather than getting ready for the date. After a while, I asked her if she wanted to go out the next night instead. She got upset and her friends decided to take me outside and made me play this dangerous game where I'm threatened with physical harm to teach me a lesson. I don't recall many details, other than at the end I was encaged inside of these rings. I begin to consider telling them that I'm gay and that it's the reason I was stalling to go out on the date with her. But I didn't say so because I was afraid they wouldn't believe me. Then I woke up.

In this dream I'm standing in front of a mirror popping pimples on my face while my friend is talking about my "hyper focus". He has said (in real life) that I have hyper focus meaning that I tend to obsess over details.

In this dream my brother was working in the oil fields in Iraq. I don't remember much except that I wasn't in the dream, only observing it. He and other workers were being scolded by some head guy saying, "The scene of work is passing into revolt before our eyes. You need to show yourselves to be responsible."

Being Held Hostage By Foreigners

In this dream I am with other Americans in a REALLY foreign place. It was another country on Earth but with an added schizophrenic element, almost like a Twilight Zone alternate universe. We went into a cave-like structure and were acausted by hostile people playing tricks on us trying to provoke us into anger. There was a shower head that would spray gross water at random. We tried to get out but the weirdos would stop us at every turn so we were trapped. Finally one of them provoked one of the Americans into a fight. Then the weirdos started passing around a bowl and demanded that we put our money into it. The bowl was passed around and we all put our money into it. Then they gave the money to the American they were fighting with only to start trying to take it away from him. The rest of the weirdos start closing in on all of us and I recall becoming very afraid that they would take the rest of my money, etc away from me as I start backing away from them, covering my pockets.

High School Band

Here I go AGAIN with the high school dreams. In this one, my band instructor Mr. Miller was looking for sheet music and I offered to help look for it after some classmates asked me if I'd seen it. I said "I haven't been here all day." Mr Miller said sarcastically "Oh, that's right." I recall feeling badly and that I was supposed to be in class that day but wasn't.

I've had this dream before. In the dream I was at my mom's and she had a betta fish (which she doesn't in real life). The top fins looked like the ones which crowntail bettas have but the bottom fins were one large fin shaped kind of like half of a DVD.
