So there you are, you got some webspace, you know how to design a website without killing anyone in the process, and you're hellbent on setting it up to generate some cash -- with a dream in your mind of great mountains of money carried to you by pageviews and anthropomorphic incarnations of "Google Ads." To do this you need content, and what content is better for the short attention-span of the masses if not pictures in all their jpg, gif and png flavours?
Eventually catch sight of the concept of an HDR image, decide to gather up a few images from the HDR pool on Flickr and blurt out something along the lines of:
"A beautiful landscape is the end result of the combination of natural elements and human activities. Landscape covers an area of land and the objects on the land itself. Landscape photo is stunning, when the landscape photo is mixed in HDR, it produce stunning imagery that jump out from the rest."
or
"Hope you enjoy the dynamic view of this natural elements."
as a premise to the disappointment that is to follow after a set of boring, mundane and quite frankly ruined landscape images; that clearly are prime-A blog-material because someone decided to run their -- otherwise alright -- photography through Photomatix, or any other HDR-software.
Let's be honest here SU: HDR =/= Instantly good; this is a good example of that.
