"Ghost" Photographs of North Carolina State University

The idea is to revisit the location of old photographs and take identical photographs, as if the camera never moved and the world changed around it. It's a little more difficult than I expected due to variations in lenses, inaccessibility of locations and a lack of constant markers. Still, all of these are close to correct(some are better than others).

Oh yea, we spotted her while we ate at Durango's during...
...and she was looking good! (Red plaid miniskirt, fishnet stockings) Then she followed me around thru the hotels. Everywhere I went, there she was right behind us. I just wish I'd known it was really Kari and not just someone who looked like her.

The 747 Supertanker has 24,000 gallons of tank space onboard. This represents more than seven times the drop capability of the largest current aerial firefighting aircraft in use today, the P3.

It was originally delivered to National Airlines as N69NA Betty in 1975. When National airlines merged with Pan Am on January 7, 1980, it was renamed Clipper Starlight. American Airlines bought it in 1983. It was withdrawn from use and stored at Marana Airpark in 1994. Hawaiian airlines leased it in 1996. Omni Air International bought it in 1997. It arrived at Mojave in 2002. It demonstrated its water drop capabilities at the Paris Airshow in June 2006.
