How much of the Black dollar is being spent in the Black community is a whole other story, but it is good to see national advertisers spending hard dollars on Black media.

- I recently saw this posted in another social networking site.
Today we are flooded by memberships, by people wanting to link to us, but where's the time and the inclination?
I regularly receive this update from this forum, but very rarely read it - most times it goes to spam, but what the hell - is it worth reading? Looking at the number of entries here. outsourcing appears to be the rage, but would you give your accounts to someone who connects to you here? I wouldn't because I don't know them, do you?
Last year I couldn't handle a project so I met someone through a forum, not unlike this, and I set up the deal with Voiceville Call Center in Cebu, Philippines, and we made a nice contract - they double crossed me and did not pay me the commission.
The only way i would outsource the project today would be if I could keep control, wouldn't you?
What is your take on doing business using this new "rage" of social networking?
