Do you ever have to make international phone calls, and are you just horrified at the cost when you do? Do you ever get additional charges applied as well?
I think it's disgusting the rates that the large phone companies charge you to make an international call, and the cellular companies are even worse.
Having lived in the USA for some years and having had to call family and friends in the UK, Australasia and Caribbean regularly, I searched around to find a calling card that would give me good rates, and I came across Almost Free Phone Calls.
This company has phone cards for calling from most countries to most others, the lowest rates, and best of all no hidden charges. I have used them for several years, and am happy to sing their praises. These phone cards have literally saved me hundreds of dollars, since I was spending at one time 2 or more hours a day on the phone to the UK.
