    This site is dedicated to spiritual wisdom, inspiration, love,
    peace, universal friendship and humanity. Hope it brings joy to your heart.

    I am Philip Arnold and I blog as PJA64X.

    Born in 1948 in Pakistan, I have been resident in the United Kingdom since 1964. Most of my adult life has been spent investigating the nature of being and living, and giving life to my findings.

    My philosophy is simple: I am spirit and spirit is me.
    You are also spirit, but perhaps you don't quite realize this.

    My aim since 1970 or so has been to just let my spiritual potential flow - in all that occupies me. It can be interaction with other people, or creating a blog post, or reading a book, or walking in the park...or whatever. The opportunity to think, feel and act from one's inner being, the spiritual within, is constantly available.

    I have many interests, activities, causes to support and desires to fulfill,
    and my spiritual progress helps me enjoy my life to the full.

    PJA64X HONOURS WOMANHOOD

    March 8 is International Women's Day 2008 and, once again, my theme on
    this very important day is the stopping of violence against women.

    STOP VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN

    1. People sometimes ask me why I love, respect and admire women so, and why am I so interested in stopping violence against them. Frankly, I am amazed and disgusted by the question. Women are wonderful, as wonderful as men, maybe even more wonderful, and violence against them is an abomination. Please study these two pages and see if you agree with me.

    stain on humanity. Did you know?

    3. At this stage, people often ask me: "Well, Philip, what can we do about it?" The answer is very simple:
    "HONOUR WOMANHOOD! - and honour it each and every day at every single opportunity!"
    As a long time expert in spiritual metaphysics, I can assure you that women have exactly the same inner potential as men, and it is only indoctrination and external pressures which prevent them from developing and expressing it.

    If you are a woman, you can honour womanhood by recognizing the infinite potential dormant within you, by refusing to submit to indoctrination or external pressure which tells you otherwise, and by standing up for yourself, your rights, your well-being, and universal good - individually and in company with other intelligent people. If you are a man, you can honour womanhood by refusing to belittle women in any way, and by supporting their fight with all your might!

    4. Please consider these two reports about India's gulabi (pink) ladies who stand up and fight for their rights with mere cricket bats and lathis (sticks). These poor, timid, long indoctrinated and downtrodden women of rural India are a shining example for all men and women on the planet.

    5. Please try these two simple things. First, please listen to the incomparable Bob Marley as he encourages you to get up, stand up, and fight for your rights. Then, please visit Nicole Kidman
    and say NO to violence against women.
