Many people still use the analogy of the "Career Ladder" and think the ultimate goal is to get to the top rung, or at least as high as they can get:"Up The Ladder". These same people also tend try and accomplish a "work life balance", which implies we lead two separate but equally important existences:work and life.

I defy these principles and pose a different spin, one unified theory: "The Trust Ramp"
