While all the hoo haa is going on with Apple suing Samsung, Samsung suing Apple and Microsoft claiming royalties from Android devices, a Chinese company has hit the market with a $AU350 Windows 7 touch pad.

While there are a few drawbacks such as short battery life, this could be a winner, especially with larger companies bring out products at twice the price!

The unit comes with an an Intel Atom 455 CPU, GMA 3150 integrated graphics, 2GB RAM, 320GB Hard drive & a 10.2″ capacitive touch screen for around $350 AUD.
