                SU Visual Editor Troubleshooting

              •  Editor shows up on the page, but doesn't allow me to type anything in the box!

                Check your Firefox version. You are probably using FF 3.0.15. Firefox version should be 3.5.5 or higher. You can download latest Firefox here: getfirefox.com

              • I have latest Firefox and Editor won't show up at all

                Try this:
                paste about:config in the Firefox URLbar, and click 'go'.On the page that shows up, agree with a warning and click the button.
                Search for dom.storage on this page.Ã,  You should see the line 'dom.storage.enabled', and it should be set to 'true'. If it
                is not, right click on this line and choose 'toggle'.
