We could explicitly exchange digital keys that would represent music licenses purchased by individuals, to fit the p2p online music sharing into the current copyright framework. Though if that, on a large enough scale, will be similar enough to a free-for-all exchange, why put on such a legal circus?






Not all testing is the same. There are different rates to different method, but more importantly they find different types of errors. Unit tests don't cover missed requirements (unless there's test-driven development involved, but could happen even then). Unit tests certainly don't address design decisions.
