The Crossway house. Also see the review (below this review on my page) of the architectural firm behind this design.

From the page: "Crossway is one of the first zero carbon houses in the UK. The building explores the uniqueness of 'place' as well as harnessing solar energy to generate all its own electricity and thermal energy.

The building demonstrates how contemporary design can celebrate local materials and crafts and integrate new technologies to produce a highly sustainable building that sits lightly on the Earth"

Productivity for the sake of producing more gets you nowhere, except on a lifelong treadmill of churning out more and more product. However, if there is no enjoyment or happiness associated with production, then quantity may increase, but quality begins to suffer. With an ever-increase of productivity, at some integral point, quality must be sacrificed in order to produce more quicker. There simply will be "no time" for quality work, as well.
