Married Rural Carrier In Chico California to Deni a Rural Carrier in the same office. She likes to cook, sew, read, care for down-trodden animals, and 5 rat terriers, and feed me. I like to think, write, design web pages and provide services to my fellow Brothers and Sisters in my craft and family. There are a load of teachers in my family. I enjoy creating tools using mysql, php javascript and htm. I'm an Vietnam Era Veteran who served for over 5 years in the Air Force '71-'76 spending time at Lowery AFB Colorado, March AFB Riverside, Bitburg Germany. Here it is the 31st of March 2008 and I'm wondering what to do next. I would love to grab hold of a creative thought and chase it to it's final moment. Alas, I'm not there today. I bought 4 new programming books, and none inspire me to code anything at all. Tomorrow is Scots 25th birthday and we have yet to send a card or gift. Somethings not right with that picture....

This is a portal page for Rural Carriers and those seeking information about becoming a Rural Letter Carrier. It's overshadowed by the NRLCA union and has plenty of content and resources for those in the know and those needing to know.

This is the only rural security box that makes sense for the Letter Carrier and the Customer. UPS won't like it, because they have been in the habit of annexing Postal delivery options for their own capitalization. Sorry UPS, but you are lazy and it's true.
