    This website is onto a great idea.

    I'm just getting into the whole Twitter business, and was trying out the Twitbin Firefox add-on. It wasn't working so well, so I tweeted that I was looking for an alternative. Later the same day, GetSatisfaction replied to my tweet stating that Mozilla staff were interested in helping me, and provided a link to the thread-style personal help page. While the Mozilla staff member didn't tell me anything I didn't already do (which is understandable seeing as my "issue" was really a very simple thing) it is awesome that GetSatisfaction is offering such advanced company-initiated user service.

    In summery, kudos to GetSatisfaction for coming up with such a cutting edge customer support system, and kudos to Mozilla for seeing the potential and using the service so effectively. w00t!
