This can be a GREAT tool for anyone who needs a basic starting point on a WP theme. There are 4 layouts here, all 2 column. Two are fluid , two are not. Both have a right and a left column design. If you have ever found yourself just wanting a predesigned WP theme so you could code it yourself but where you don't have to use another bland theme, then this is for you.
